Signali’s founders are experienced in starting up new ventures in software technology research and development, in technology productization and deployment, and in team building and performance management of technology projects.

Brian A. Moore, CEO

Brian Moore has over twenty-two years experience in the semiconductor industry. His career spans with particular emphasis on custom IC design and validation, technology development and transition to market, and team development and project/program management. Prior to founding Signali, Brian worked at Intel Corporation with responsibilities ranging from IC design and productization, project leadership, team development, and directing a research lab.

In addition to Intel, Brian worked for Westinghouse Hanford and Rockwell International on various DOE research and development projects. Brian graduated BSEE and MSEE from Brigham Young University in 1984 and 1986, respectively. He is a member of IEEE and a member of the Industry Advisory Committee for BYU Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Jeffrey R. Lewis, CTO

Jeff Lewis was a co-founder of Galois, Inc. where he was a senior technologist applying functional programming technology to solve complex problems for the Department of Defense in the area of Communication Security. Jeff is the architect and a primary developer of Signali´s proprietary IP tool technology. Jeff obtained a Masters in Computer Science from the Oregon Graduate Institute of Science & Technology in 1998, and holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Mark Konopacky, Business Development

Mark Konopacky is an experienced Semiconductor Sales and Business Development Executive residing in the Silicon Valley area of California. His 25+ years of Sales, applications and business development experience spans startup and large companies including domestic and foreign ownership.

Most recently, Mark was Vice President of Sales for Powerprecise Solutions, Inc., where he was part of the Executive Team that guided Powerprecise to a successful acquisition by Texas Instruments during the fall of 2007. Prior to Powerprecise, Mark was Vice President of Sales for ChipX, Inc., eSilicon, and VLSI/Philips.
